There are two methods of Payment for our products. 1. Online Card Payments, if you prefer to pay with a Credit or bank card, you could use: Our normal online payment system this is our secure Online payment
system which is supported by Protx.
You will access this when using our shopping cart and clicking on "Click
here to pay with your Credit / Debit Card" button, which
is on the bottom of the Billing address page.
The range of cards which we can accept can be viewed here, unfortunately we cannot accept American Express.
2. For UK customers only or Customers with a UK Bank Account, payment can be made by Cheque. You will access this option when using our shopping
cart and clicking on "Click here to pay by Cheque "
button, which is on the bottom of the Billing address page.
We will then prepare your order and await the arrival of your cheque
before despatching the goods. Alternatively you can Telephone or Fax on 0044 (0)1978 844378. All cheques to be made payable to : French Flavour Limited. And should be sent to : French Flavour Ltd, PO Box 2192, Wrexham, NorthWales, UK, LL14 2XF. Delivery. The Delivery Charges will depend on the type of product being ordered, we use various delivery methods depending on the products ordered and your location.We will always try to use the most cost effective method to get your products to you. If an item is in stock you will normally receive it within 7 days. Contact us for faster options.
Payment All prices stated are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of Postage & Packing.
Out of Stock Items If the item required is not in stock, we will inform you immediately by email. Depending on the urgency of the order we can arrange for the item to be dispatched directly from our French Supplier, alternatively we will advise of the next available UK delivery date.
Non - Stock Items If you require a product which is not normally supplied by French Flavour, Contact French Flavour and we will endeavor to source the product and supply you with it's details, cost and delivery charge.
