About This Product

A daunting looking jar which contains a classic French Meal, delicious when correctly prepared.

Prise off the lid and place the jar in a pan of warm water to melt the duck fat which surrounds and preserves the duck pieces. Once melted, remove the duck pieces and either oven roast until slightly crispy on the outside or pan fry.

Keep the remaining duck fat of the jar to use when roasting potatoes.

Duck, Duck Fat, Salt, Pepper, Herbs and Spices.

Allergy Information

Although this product does not contain nuts, the producer does make products on his premises which contain Pistachio nuts and Chestnuts. We have observed their clean down procedures which are in our opinion very thorough, so minimising the risk of nut contamination. Although we naturally cannot guarantee nut free.
