The Demi Sec Champagne from the Bourdaire-Gallois Champagne House is a product made completely from the Pinot Meunier Grape variety. This is a fruity and smooth Champagne with minimal acidity. A slightly sweeter Champagne than the Brut which appeals to those.
The Champagnes from this artisan producer are made on a relatively small scale and therefore he is able to pay good attention to each part of the Champagne making process, this really makes a difference to the end result.
