	Les Deux Chênes David & Vivienne welcome you to our restored farmhouse, Les Deux Chênes, 18 miles south-west of Saumur. We are an English couple resident permanently at Les Deux Chênes. Set amongst countryside and vineyards in a tiny hamlet between the towns of Doué-La-Fontaine and Bouillé-Loretz, Les Deux Chênes is for B&B throughout the year. The cottage is available all year round as a self catering gite sleeping 2 to 4. With our own tennis court and 10m x 5m heated outdoor pool (heated to 28º Celcius May to September) as well as easy access by ferry, plane or train, Les Deux Chênes is not just an ideal summer holiday destination for families or groups of friends but is also an ideal short-break destination at any time of year. Tennis, golf, wine-tasting, chateaux, sight-seeing, restaurants and very much more are all easily accessible by car Cottage Accomodation: 1 upstairs bedroom with a double and a 3' single bed, french doors leading onto raised terrace. Downstairs open plan kitchen/lounge with shower, washbasin & WC room leading off. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, large fridge-freezer & microwave. Lounge with combi television with DVD player. Cottage: Option of 2nd bedroom sleeping 2. We are happy for a party of more than 2 who all wish to self-cater in the cottage to use one of our en-suite bedrooms in the farmhouse (if not already booked for B&B) as a second bedroom B&B Accommodation: 2 bedrooms each with wash hand basin, en-suite WC and shower, air-conditioning and mini-fridge. Both bedrooms have good quality zip and link beds (3ft twins or superking double, as prefered). The cottage bedroom can be offered as a 3rd B&B Bedroom if not already booked as a Gîte. This has a 4'6" double and a 3' single giving the option of two separate beds if required. Guests' dining room/sitting room with log burner. Games room with table tennis, darts etc.

For that 'special occasion', The Chateau town of Saumur has many international style restuarants; the Chateau itself has a lovely restuarant or brasserie. For that 'extra special occasion' try 'Le Prieure-Anjou' with spectacular views over the River Loire situated on the river's southern bank between Saumur and Gennes.
