Grey Sea Salt from the Ile de Ré on the West Coast of France. Harvested by hand from the Salt Pans on the Salt Marshes of the Island, it exhibits a grey colour due its naturel minerals content. The Salt is not washed or chemically treated and is presented in a decrotive hessian sack.
