This is a lightly oaked Chardonnay, crisp with light elegant flavours of melon apple cream and a hint of garrigue. Surprising length on the palate and a definite nod to the wines of the Mâconnais. It has a lot of depth and character that is obviously very appealing.

Sauvignon Blanc 2005 VdP d'Oc

A crisp, full bodied Sauvignon Blanc with layers of minerality and herbs. This wine is grown in the Herault region of the Languedoc in an area that has a patchwork of different soils and therefore flavours - the Domaine de la Condamine has two main soil types, limestone with a chalky clay top soil and villfranchien a soil similar to that of Châteauneuf du Pape. These different flavours blend together in the final assemblage to produce a very high class Sauvignon.
