Duck Foie Gras (98%), Salt, Pepper, Sugar.

Additional Information

Produced in the North East of France by a high quality producer whose speciallities are duck products. The duck are real free range birds, kept in large open fields.
To open this product, the lid should be prised off with a bottle opener and therefore cannot be resealed.

It is perfect with Fig Confit and a glass of sweet desert wine.
