About This Product

A good sized rustic artisan pork saucisson from the French Alps. This cured pork Saucisson has an outer crust of black peppercorns, giving a delicious spicy flavour.

Allergy Advice

Although this product does not contain nuts, the producer does produce a saucisson with walnuts.
As this is a very small scale producer, we would not recommend this saucisson for nut allergy sufferers due to the possibility of cross contamination.

Additional Information

Produced in the French Alps by a high quality producer whose speciallities are Pork products.
To use, slice thinly and eat as an apperitif with a good red wine and some hard cheese.
