About This Product

This Garlic Soup is made by Madame Pecquer who is the wife of a Garlic Farmer in the North East of France.
Once the Garlic crop is sold out in the final months of Autumn, the garlic soup which she sells at her local markets (and to us) becomes another form of income to bridge the gap between the garlic and their other crop, Chicory which is harvested in the early part of the year.

Ingredients

Water, Potatoes, Carotts, Garlic, Butter, Salt, Pepper.

This is a real Farmhouse product and every effort is made by Madame Pecquer to ensure that there is no cross contamination.

This product is free from additives and preservatives.
