About This Product

The Acacia honey is from the hives of Monsieur Galland in the Loire, Western France.

Acacia is made from nectar collected from Acacia tree blossoms which produce a honey that is remarkably clear and pure. It is one of the most popular and sweetest honey varieties because of its mild delicate floral taste. The "runny" honey produced is a delicate, light, honey which is ideal for such things as adding to porridge and sweetening herbal teas amongst other things. Its sweetness also perfectly balances the salty tang of cheese.
