About This Product

The Garrige honey is from the hives of Monsieur Galland in the Loire, Western France.
It could also be called Mountain Honey or Wild Hillside Honey as it is produced from the various plants of the mountainous scrublands such as thyme, rosemary, white clover or blackberry for instance. It is a rich, full-bodied honey with fragrant floral overtones and with a hint of molasses.
