About This Product

A cold pressed extra virgin Olive Oil, drawn from the first cold pressing of the Picholine Olive. A high quality Oil made to the Appellation d'Origine Contôlée Standard which requires that only Olives grown and cultivated on ground close to the city of Nimes are used in the Oil. The Olives for this Oil are harvested before they are completely ripe, this gives a more intense olive flavour to the oil.

This is a single estate, first cold pressing, extra virgin Olive Oil of high quality. The producer grows, presses and bottles the oils on his property.

This product is free from artificial additives and preservatives.
