A cold pressed extra virgin Olive Oil with a definite flavour of Basil. This is achieved by resting fresh basil leaves with the olives for 12 hours before pressing them together, giving a wonderfully fragrant result. This is a perfect for all kinds of Salads and is especially well matched to tomatoes and Mozzarella Cheese.
