About This Product

Harvested with salt at low tide, razor clams are prized by beachcombers on both sides of the Channel. In this recipe their sweet flesh is complemented with parsley butter and local apple brandy known as L'eau de Vie.

Pouting, razor clam (22%), cream, apple brandy (1.2%), sea salt, butter, garlic, parsley, olive oil, pepper, seaweed (agar agar and wakame).
