About This Product

A creamy blend of locally caught Black Sea Bream with a hint of Ginger make this light rillette which is delicious on hot toast or with a salad. Sea bream is considered the king of fish in Japan. At the sea bream festival in Toyohama huge model sea bream are paraded about the town. We spice it up here with fresh ginger and rare maniguette pepper.

Black sea bream (50%), cream, ginger (3%), sea salt, maniguette pepper, seaweed (agar agar and dulse).
