About This Product

Duck Rillettes are one of the French favourites, spread on toast and then heated under a hot grill and served with a fruity chutney or onion confit. Also serve at room temperature as an accompaniment for a salad for instance.

Ingredients

Duck Meat, Duck Fat, Fresh Garlic, Spices, Coriander, Salt, Pepper.

Additional Information

The Rillettes are made simply from Duck meat which has been slow cooked in duck fat and then shredded and cooled to form a near pate like finish.
