This is a hand farmed natural sea salt, it is pure white and full of natural minerals. Fleur de Sel is the salt which is skimmed off the surface of the salt beds, it has more finesse than the natural course sea salt and can be used to sprinkle directly onto food seasoning and enhancing the flavour. In French cuisine, Fleur de Sel is reknowned as the best of all sea salts.
