About This Product

This is a hand farmed natural sea salt it is grey in colour and is taken directly from the Salt beds on the Il de Ré on the West Coast of France. This salt is full of the natural minerals of the salt beds and the result is a real flavoursome product.

Naturally occuring Sea Salt.

Additional Information

The Sea Salt is packaged in a vacuum bag within a hessian presentation Sack. The Salt itself is damp and is suitable for both cooking and sprinkling. The damp salt can block some salt cellars, so beware. It may be best to crush it with a mortar and pestle before sprinkling on food.
