Love them or hate them, along with Frogs legs, they are probably the first food that you would associate with French Cuisine.
Our Selected producer Monsieur Francis Janicot of the Avenois region of Picardie runs a Snail Farm which houses a population of around 10,000 Snails, from which he makes a selection of interesting Products.

You will find that all of the products are free from additives, preservatives and the dreaded "E" Numbers, but still have an excellent product life.
All of our French Products have an additional label which translates the ingredients into English and offers allergy advice where necessary.

24 Large Cooked Snails with Bulb of Smoked Garlic

From the Snail Farm of Francis Janicot in L'Avesnois, Picardie, this Jar of cooked Snails are the easiest way to serve this special French delicacy. Simply place a Snail in an appropriate dish or in Shell with lashings of Smoked Garlic Butter and heat in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

A Creamy Casserole for those who like to try something very interesting.
The Regional Cheese of L'Avenois, Picardie called Maroilles, is blended with White Bordeaux Wine, Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Carrots, Creme Fraiche and of course Snails (35%) to form a tasty dish which should be heated in a saucepan before being served with Rice or Potatoes. The serving is enough for at least 2 persons.
