French Snails

Snails have to be included on any French Food suppliers list of Products.
Love them or hate them, along with Frogs legs, they are probably the first food that you would associate with French Cuisine.

They are suprisingly easy to prepare and make an impressive and delicious dish which would grace any dinner party.
